Our Contemporary and Lyrical classes emphasise expressive movement, creativity, and storytelling through dance.

• JNR Contemporary – For younger students, focusing on foundational technique and emotional expression.

• SNR Contemporary – For older dancers, with an emphasis on technique, improvisation, and performance quality.

• Adult Contemporary – Open to adults of all levels who wish to explore movement and artistry in a supportive environment.

Note: We recommend that students also be enrolled in ballet, as it provides the technical foundation necessary for safe and effective movement in Contemporary and Lyrical dance.
