Whether you're new to ballet or returning to the studio, these classes are a graceful way to build posture, strength, and flexibility while enjoying the artistry and discipline of classical ballet.

Whether you are stepping into a ballet studio for the first time or returning after years away, our classes are designed to help you build strength, posture, flexibility, and confidence while enjoying the artistry and discipline of classical ballet.

We offer different levels to ensure every dancer is placed in the most suitable class:

Absolute Beginner Ballet

For adults with no prior ballet experience.
This class introduces the foundational principles of ballet in a clear, structured, and supportive way, focusing on alignment, basic positions, coordination, and musicality.

Beginner Ballet

For adults with some previous ballet experience or a basic understanding of ballet technique.
This class builds on foundational skills, developing greater body awareness, coordination, and confidence at the barre and in centre work.

Intermediate Ballet

For adult dancers who have studied ballet for a number of years and are comfortable with core technique.

This class challenges the experienced dancer, focusing on strength, balance, extension, musicality, and artistic quality.

Some Intermediate Ballet classes may include basic pointe work for suitably prepared dancers. For more information regarding pointe readiness or class suitability, please contact our admin team.

Advanced Ballet

For confident and experienced dancers with a strong understanding of ballet technique and principles, including pre-professional or professional-level training.
This class provides a high-level technical and artistic challenge, refining strength, control, precision, and performance quality.

Flexibility & Conditioning / Stretch

This class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and overall body conditioning to support ballet training and enhance movement quality.
Exercises focus on safely increasing the range of motion, releasing tension, and developing functional strength for dance.

Please note that this type of training may gently challenge the body beyond its current comfortable range, and some muscle soreness may be experienced during or after class. As with all physical training, consistency and gradual progression are key to safe and effective improvement.
